How Payouts Work
Order is Placed
When a buyer purchases your product, payment is securely processed through Stripe.
You Ship the Order
Ship the product to the buyer and mark the order as fulfilled in your seller dashboard.
Funds are Released
After the order is marked fulfilled, your payout is processed. Standard processing takes 2-3 business days to reach your bank account.
First Payout Timeline
Your first payout may take 7-14 days as Stripe verifies your account. Subsequent payouts are much faster (2-3 business days).
Getting Started
1. Apply to Sell
Email us at sellers@hscmarketplace.com with:
- Brief description of your products and varieties
- Information about your growing operation
- Approximate inventory you plan to list
- Any relevant certifications or experience
2. Set Up Your Account
Once approved, we'll help you create your seller account and connect your Stripe account for secure payments.
3. List Your Products
Add your products with descriptions, photos, pricing, and inventory. Our simple listing tools make this easy.
4. Start Selling
Your products go live immediately. You'll receive notifications for new orders and can manage everything from your dashboard.
